When you are on the move, it should be easy to provide support. Using QuickForms in IHLP Move limits the amount of typing needed when you handle cases in IHLP Move. And the app takes advantage of the QR technology to let you access information about customers and devices. When you scan the QR-code of a device registered in your CMDB (configuration/asset database), IHLP Move automatically provides you with:
- Information about the device.
- Information about cases related to the device
- Information about other devices of relevance to the device.
When you have scanned a device, you can also attach the a new or an existing case. And if the scanned QR-code is not registered yet, you can relate it to a new device in your CMDB.
